Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, allowing us to reduce storage and shipping costs and offer you lower prices — including free shipping.

A: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe.
However, delays can occasionally occur during shipping.

If you have not received your order within 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.
Q: Some items from my order are missing, why?
A: We work with multiple suppliers, so items may be shipped separately.
If part of your order is missing, the remaining items usually arrive within 2–3 days.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping is completely free.
We cover all delivery costs — no minimum order value required.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: I’m not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
A: Yes. You can return any order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and without signs of use.
Q: What are the return costs?
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, please contact us.
All returns must include a tracking number (Track & Trace), as the sender is responsible for the shipment.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Q: Where can I find my tracking number?

Q: My tracking number isn’t showing any information — why?
A: Tracking information becomes available once the shipment is scanned by the courier.
Please note that there may be a short delay between shipping and the first tracking update.
